Kim Martin Hasson
Kim Martin Hasson was born on February 28, 1986, in Stockholm and began her career with Hammarby IF. She made her debut for Damkronorna at age 14 and quickly became one of the world’s top goaltenders. Martin Hasson backstopped Sweden to a silver medal at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, where she was named the tournament’s best goaltender. She also earned Olympic bronze in 2002 and World Championship bronze in 2005 and 2007. After retiring, she has worked as a coach and sports director in Swedish women’s hockey.
